Powerful Engine

The most progressive and reliable engine from Zongshen NC300S (ZS182MN) with liquid cooling and a powerful Panasonic fan is equipped with a DOCH system (two timing camshafts). Thanks to this configuration, we managed to do it without rockers. Camshafts directly control the valves, giving a wide, smooth rpm range and greater peak power.

A 5-speed transmission with a reinforced basket and clutch discs from the Japanese brand F.C.C. allows you to correctly distribute and transmit all power. The system of additional clutch cooling and the technology of easy squeezing, allows to use the motorcycle on the mode "at the limit".The Nibbi Racing sports carburetor paired with the correct Progasi Exhaust System Megabomb and Lucas intake will be the final chord of the superiority of this power plant.

Latest generation chromium molybdenum frame and aluminum rear arm

The Progasi Race 300 frame is perfect weighing and geometry. Leveraging Gas-Gas and KTM's 2022 best practices. It is made with an emphasis on reliability and long service life. All nodes are high-quality boiled, there are additional reinforcements. A plastic frame is specially attached to the frame, which protects the motobots and the frame. The frame design allows you to service the motorcycle, adjust the valve clearances and replace the plug without removing the engine. The rear arm is made of aircraft aluminum, which gives high stiffness to twist.

Increased volume fuel tank

There is a fuel tank of increased volume which allows you to travel long distances without worrying about the nearest gas station.

KYB-Tech sports fully adjustable suspension

The entire line of Progasi motorcycles is equipped with a sports fully adjustable release and compression KYB-Tech suspension. "Our accuracy is your advantage" is the slogan of the Japanese company KYB.

CNC milled crossbeams

They are made of aircraft aluminum 7075. Withstand heavy loads, light and durable. The steering wheel position adjustment system, "closer or further," allows you to adjust the convenient steering wheel position in the rack. Rudder brackets are also milled under the 1-1/8 "rudder (fatbar, "thick rudder").

Sports aluminum wheels 21/18

Progasi reinforced aluminum rims are equipped with tugs, they pull the tire to the rim, preventing it from turning while driving. Reinforced hubs are also used, which are made of a single piece of aluminum, which creates maximum structural strength.

Kenda tires have long proven themselves in extreme sports. On Progasi, the most powerful and toothy rubber will be used. It behaves perfectly in mud and sand, also withstands the twisting of spikes for skiing in winter and shows itself perfectly on rugged terrain.

Acerbis Seat

The signature Progasi seat, made using Acerbis anti-slip grip technology, holds any rider like a superglue. You won't have a chance to slip off it. A special ribbed waterproof coating will make you comfortable in all weather conditions. The seat won't get wet in the rain.

Powerful Progasi brakes

Brakes are the most important component of the motorcycle, on which the safety of the rider directly depends, as well as the speed of cornering. All Progasi models have additional expansion tanks and reinforced brake hoses for flawless results. A two-piston brake system is installed in front and a one-piston brake system is installed in the back. The motorcycle proved can be stopped at any speed.

Electronic instrument panel

There is a multifunctional dashboard with speedometer, tachometer, odometer, transmission and battery indicator.

Fully Led Optics

The latest generation of led light is made according to the highest standard. The headlight is equipped with near and high beam, as well as stylish "Cilia" overall lights. A brake light with overall lights is also installed at the rear.

Progasi aluminum steering wheel

The motorcycle is equipped with a durable aluminum steering wheel with a diameter of 28 mm of variable cross section. There is an optimal angle of inclination.The bending strength has been increased by one and a half times, at the same time we managed to maintain the ductility of the metal. The Acerbis rudder cushion will protect the rider from injury.

Choho drive chain

Choho produces motor chains with a special sealing ring in the structure. This ring, made of hard rubber, is located between the inner and outer plates of the roller chain: it does not let dust through from the outside and retains lubrication inside. Thus, the O-ring provides no excessive stretching, a long chain life that does not require lubrication, and also has a reduced noise level.

Accelerator Short-Stroke Handle

A short-stroke NIBBI gas handle with a roller is installed on the bearing. An indispensable element when using a bike on steep climbs, as well as in places with various obstacles, for the passage of which you need to quickly unscrew the gas handle without intercepting the steering wheel and without losing control. The short-stroke accelerator handle also allows you to independently adjust the position of the cable opening the carburetor shutter, so that the rider can choose the brush force necessary for acceleration, the most optimal for his driving style.

Reinforced brake and grip handles with fall protection

The reinforced thoughtful design protects the handles from damage and folds in case of hit. There is also the geometry of easy squeeze used.

Proven quality

All Progasi motorcycles have a European quality certificate. Shell 10w40 oil is used on a regular basis. Waterproof wiring connectors are used. All bearings are treated with special grease.
