Meet the sixth generation of the legendary pit bike from PROGASI. The Smart Mini 125 has become even brighter, more aggressive, and more technologically advanced, while retaining everything riders love about it: explosive character, well-thought-out ergonomics, and attention to every detail. The updated plastic design and fresh color schemes emphasize the model's sporty nature, while the proven technical platform continues to deliver maximum emotions both on the track and off-road. The short-turn throttle provides instant response and full control over acceleration, while the reinforced braking system inspires confidence in all riding conditions.

Chromoly frame

The PROGASI Smart Mini 125 shares the same platform as its bigger brother, the Smart 150. The frame is built with a strong focus on reliability and long service life. Every joint is carefully welded, and additional reinforcements have been added throughout the construction.

Sport wheels

STAREZZI tires are perfectly suited for extreme riding. The rubber compound allows the installation of studs for winter riding and performs exceptionally well on dirt tracks. Reinforced PROGASI rims with 36 spokes withstand maximum loads. The wheels are also equipped with rim locks that secure the tire to the rim, preventing it from slipping during riding.

Seat built with PROGASI technology

The signature non-slip STAREZZI seat, made using PROGASI Anti-Slip Grip technology, keeps the rider firmly in place like super glue. Its special ribbed waterproof surface ensures comfort in all weather conditions.

Additional brake fluid reservoirs

Brakes are one of the most important components of a pit bike, directly affecting rider safety and cornering speed. For flawless performance, all PROGASI models are equipped with additional brake fluid reservoirs and braided brake lines. The bike features a 2-piston front brake system and a 1-piston rear brake system.

Electronic instrument panel

A multifunctional digital dashboard featuring a speedometer, tachometer, odometer, gear indicator, and battery charge indicator.

Full LED lighting

The latest-generation LED headlight with both low and high beam is built to the highest standards. An additional LED eyebrow DRL is integrated into the headlight assembly for enhanced daytime visibility and a more aggressive appearance.

PROGASI exhaust system

The branded PROGASI aluminum muffler features a mesh-core design without a restrictive narrow baffle, similar to full-size motocross motorcycles. The bike is also equipped with a Megabomb resonator, increasing power from low to mid RPM ranges and giving the engine a deeper, richer exhaust sound.

Choho drive chain

Choho manufactures motorcycle chains featuring a special sealing ring design. Made from durable rubber, the seal is positioned between the inner and outer plates of the roller chain, preventing dust from entering while keeping lubrication inside. This design minimizes excessive stretching, extends chain life, reduces maintenance requirements, and lowers noise levels.

Reinforced brake and clutch levers

The reinforced construction protects the levers from damage, while the optimized geometry ensures a light and comfortable pull.

Short-turn throttle

An essential component for riding on steep climbs and technical terrain with obstacles, where quick throttle input is required without repositioning your grip or losing control. The short-turn throttle also allows independent adjustment of the carburetor cable position, enabling riders to fine-tune throttle resistance to match their personal riding style.

Proven quality

All PROGASI motorcycles are certified according to European quality standards. The factory uses Shell 10W-40 oil. Moisture-resistant wiring connectors are applied throughout the bike, and all bearings are treated with special grease. "Details matter" — the slogan of the Catalonia-born company PROGASI.
