2-Stroke Engine
At the heart of the PROGASI Race 300 2T is the all-new AX300 liquid-cooled engine, equipped with a powerful Panasonic fan. The transition to a 2-stroke design allowed to significantly reduce the weight by eliminating the camshaft and valve train, without sacrificing power. This high-revving engine produces up to 52 hp and delivers a strong, aggressive hit in the powerband, providing explosive acceleration exactly where it matters most — out of corners and during long pulls. 6-speed transmission with a reinforced clutch basket and F.C.C. clutch plates ensures precise and reliable power delivery to the wheel. An additional clutch cooling system and a light clutch pull allow confident control even under the toughest racing conditions. The engine’s character is shaped by a STAREZZI PWN38 racing carburetor and the proprietary PROGASI Exhaust System with a resonator. Together, they deliver not only strong performance but also maximum throttle response.

CNC-Machined Triple Clamps
Made from aviation-grade 7075 aluminum, the ligHTWeight yet durable triple clamps are built to withstand heavy loads. The adjustable handlebar position system (“closer–farther”) allows riders to fine-tune ergonomics for a comfortable standing position. The mounts are designed for 1-1/8” fatbars.
Sport Aluminum Wheels 21/18
Reinforced PROGASI aluminum rims are equipped with rim locks to prevent tire slippage during aggressive riding. The hubs are machined from a single block of aluminum, ensuring maximum structural strength. STAREZZI tires are designed for extreme riding conditions. Featuring an aggressive tread pattern, they perform exceptionally well in mud and sand, can handle stud installation for winter riding, and deliver excellent performance on rough terrain.
PROGASI Anti-Slip Seat
The proprietary anti-slip seat, built with PROGASI anti-slip grip technology, holds the rider in place like super glue. Its ribbed, waterproof surface ensures comfort and control in all weather conditions.
Powerful AJ1 Brakes
Brakes are a critical component of a motorcycle, directly affecting rider safety and cornering speed. The PROGASI RACE 300 2T is equipped with an AJ1 racing brake system featuring expansion reservoirs and reinforced hoses for consistent, high-performance braking . At the front, the motorcycle has a two-piston brake caliper, while at the rear, it has a single-piston caliper, providing precise and reliable braking in any conditions.
HTW Suspension with PDS System
The PROGASI Race 300 2T features a high-performance HTW suspension system tuned for aggressive enduro and motocross riding. The front fork offers compression and rebound adjustments, allowing precise adaptation to the rider’s style while effectively absorbing both small bumps and hard landings. At the rear, a mono-shock with preload adjustment is paired with a linkage-free PDS (Progressive Damping System). This design eliminates the need for linkage while maintaining excellent off-road performance. The key advantages of PDS are increased reliability and ground clearance. Without a linkage, there’s no risk of damage from rocks, roots, or logs — a crucial factor in hard enduro conditions. The suspension maintains stability and energy absorption even under extreme loads. While bikes with traditional linkage systems may fail due to damage, the Race 300 2T keeps going — allowing you to focus on the race, not the risk of DNFing.

Full LED Lighting
Next-generation LED lighting meets the highest standards. The headlight features both low and high beams, along with a stylish daytime running light strip. The rear includes a brake light with integrated running lights.
PROGASI Aluminum Handlebar
The motorcycle comes equipped with a durable 28 mm variable-diameter aluminum handlebar. It features an optimized bend, 1.5x increased bending strength, while maintaining flexibility. The PROGASI handlebar pad adds extra rider protection.
Choho Drive Chain
Choho chains feature a special sealing ring made of durable rubber, positioned between the inner and outer plates. It keeps dirt out and lubrication in, preventing excessive stretching. This results in longer service life, reduced maintenance (no frequent lubrication required), and lower noise levels.
Short-Throw Throttle
An essential feature for steep climbs and technical sections. The short-throw throttle allows quick acceleration without needing to reposition your grip, ensuring better control. It also enables fine adjustment of the throttle cable position, allowing riders to customize throttle response to match their riding style.
Reinforced Brake and Clutch Levers
The reinforced lever design protects against damage by folding upon impact. The geometry also ensures a lighter, more comfortable pull.
Proven Quality
