At the heart of the motorcycle is the most powerful and proven 4-valve SOHC Zongshen NC450S (ZS194MQ) engine with liquid cooling and a high-performance cooling fan. This is the latest version of the engine that has already proven its reliability in Dakar Rally races. The 6-speed transmission, equipped with a reinforced clutch basket and F.C.C. clutch plates from Japan, transfers all the power to the rear wheel without loss.
Next-Generation Frame and Swingarm
The PROGASI Endurance 450 EFI is built on a perfectly balanced frame with ideal weight distribution. All welds are reinforced, and the plastic subframe protects the chassis from wear. Engine access is simplified: valve clearance adjustment and spark plug replacement can be done without removing the engine. The aerospace-grade aluminum swingarm ensures rigidity while keeping weight to a minimum.
High-Capacity Fuel Tank
The 9.6-liter plastic fuel tank lets you focus on the track, not refueling. Strong and lightweight, it’s resistant to drops and impacts.
CNC-Machined Triple Clamps
Made from aerospace-grade 7075 aluminum, the CNC-milled triple clamps are both light and strong. Adjustable handlebar mounts allow you to fine-tune the riding position, while the brackets are designed for fatbars (1-1/8").
Sport Aluminum Wheels 21/18
Reinforced PROGASI aluminum rims come with bead locks to prevent tire slippage. High-strength hubs, milled from a solid block of aluminum, ensure unmatched durability. Aggressive Kenda tires with a deep tread pattern provide confidence on mud, sand, and snow.
Acerbis Technology Seat
The PROGASI signature anti-slip seat with Acerbis technology holds the rider in place like superglue. Its ribbed, waterproof surface ensures comfort in all weather conditions.
Powerful PROGASI Brakes
A system with reinforced steel-braided hoses and additional reservoirs guarantees braking precision and reliability. Dual-piston calipers in the front and a single-piston rear caliper allow easy control of rear-wheel slides.
Digital Instrument Panel
The digital dashboard includes a speedometer, tachometer, odometer, gear indicator, and battery level display.
Full LED Lighting
The next-generation LED headlight with low and high beam, along with a stylish LED "eyebrow" running light, turns night into day. The rear brake light keeps you visible even in the dust cloud of a race start.
PROGASI Aluminum Handlebar
A strong 28 mm aluminum handlebar with an optimal bend angle withstands maximum loads. The PROGASI handlebar pad protects the rider from impacts.
Reinforced Brake and Clutch Levers with Drop Protection
Folding levers won’t break even under heavy impacts — they fold back and return to position thanks to a special spring. Their ergonomic design and easy-pull system allow full control of the clutch and brakes with just one finger.
Proven Quality
Every PROGASI motorcycle undergoes strict certification to European standards. Shell 10W40 motor oil, waterproof connectors, and high-grade bearing grease are used at the factory. PROGASI remains true to its motto: "Details matter".
